Love Connect is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that harms children or violates child safety laws.
Age Restrictions
Love Connect is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our app requires account creation with email verification, which helps ensure age-appropriate usage.
Safety Measures
Account Creation and Verification
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Email verification is required for account creation
- Secure authentication through Google or Apple Sign-In
Content Moderation
- All user-generated content (journal entries, plans, notes) is stored securely
- Content is only accessible to the user and their partner (if applicable)
- We monitor for inappropriate content and take immediate action when violations are detected
Privacy and Security
- User data is encrypted and stored securely
- Only authenticated users can access their own data
- No public sharing or discovery features that could expose children to harm

In-App Reporting
Users can report concerns through the app's Support feature (Settings → Support)
We take all reports seriously and will:
- Investigate immediately
- Remove violating content
- Report to relevant authorities as required by law
- Take appropriate action against violators
